Selection and stream allotment depend on test merit, Class X performance where prescribed, suitability and vacancies in the opted JNV.
Meeting age and class conditions makes a student eligible to apply; it does not guarantee admission. Final selection depends on the entrance examination, applicable reservation, vacancies, counselling or interview, medical fitness and document verification.
