Delete your social interaction data

You can ask All Rounder BSS to delete Facebook or Instagram messages, comments and related social identity information held in our support portal. We verify the requester before deleting data so another person cannot erase your conversation.

What this request covers

Facebook Page Messenger messages and attachments stored by our support portal;
Instagram direct messages and attachments stored by our support portal;
Facebook or Instagram comments received by our integration;
your Meta platform-scoped identifier, displayed social name/username and related conversation records; and
associated delivery and webhook records, subject to security-log and backup rotation.

How to request deletion

Send your requestEmail us from an address where we can reply. Use the subject “Facebook/Instagram Data Deletion Request”.

Identify the interactionState whether the request concerns Facebook or Instagram, provide your profile username or profile URL if available, and describe approximately when you messaged or commented. Include the URL of the relevant post for a comment request when possible.

Complete account verificationWe will send a short verification instruction. Normally, we will ask you to send a unique confirmation code from the same Facebook or Instagram account to our official Page/account, or confirm a detail visible only within the relevant conversation. We will not ask for your password or OTP.

Deletion and confirmationAfter successful verification, we will delete or irreversibly anonymise matching data in the active support system and email confirmation, normally within 30 days.

Verification and safety

Never send us your Facebook or Instagram password, login OTP, payment-card information or unnecessary government identity documents. If we cannot safely match and verify the account, we will explain what additional non-sensitive information is required.

Timeframes and residual copies

We acknowledge requests as soon as reasonably possible. Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days. Restricted backups and security logs may retain residual technical copies until their normal rotation, generally no longer than 90 days. We may retain limited information where required for fraud prevention, legal claims or compliance with law, and will explain this if it affects your request.

What is not deleted by this request

This process is limited to Facebook and Instagram data held by All Rounder BSS Connect. It does not delete:

your Facebook or Instagram account or data held independently by Meta;
public content on Meta that must be deleted using Facebook or Instagram controls;
a separately registered All Rounder BSS student account;
course enrolments, orders, invoices, payment or tax records;
scholarship or eligibility records; or
WhatsApp or Telegram conversations.

If you want to remove content still visible publicly on Facebook or Instagram, delete it using the relevant Meta account controls in addition to contacting us.
