Facebook & Instagram Interactions

1. About the service

All Rounder BSS Connect allows authorised members of our team to receive and respond to Facebook Page messages, Instagram direct messages, and comments on supported Facebook or Instagram content. It is intended for general enquiries, educational information and student support.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must use a Facebook or Instagram account that you are authorised to control and must comply with Meta’s applicable terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity performed through your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• send unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive or discriminatory content;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority;
• send malware, automated spam or content intended to disrupt the service;
• infringe another person’s privacy, intellectual-property or other rights;
• publish another person’s confidential information without permission; or
• attempt to bypass security, access controls or platform restrictions.

We may hide or remove comments where platform controls permit, restrict further interaction, or report activity when reasonably necessary to protect users, our staff or the service.

4. Sensitive information

Do not send Facebook or Instagram passwords, one-time passwords, payment-card numbers, banking credentials, unnecessary identity documents or other highly sensitive information through comments or direct messages. We will never ask for your Facebook or Instagram password.

5. Support responses

We aim to respond within a reasonable period, but response times are not guaranteed. Social messages and comments are not appropriate for emergencies, legally binding notices or time-critical payment instructions. Information provided through social support is general assistance and may require verification through an official All Rounder BSS channel.

6. Courses, orders and payments

A social conversation does not by itself create a course enrolment, confirm payment, change an order or form a separate commercial agreement. Purchases, refunds, course access and other services remain subject to the terms presented during the relevant transaction or enrolment process.

7. Content and permissions

You retain any rights you hold in content you send. You give us a limited permission to receive, store, review and reproduce that content only as reasonably necessary to operate the support interaction, respond to you, maintain security and comply with law. You confirm that you have the right to send the content.

8. Privacy and deletion

Our Facebook & Instagram Privacy Policy explains what information we receive and how it is used. You may request deletion of eligible social interaction data by following our Data Deletion Instructions. Verification is required to prevent unauthorised deletion.

9. Meta services

Facebook and Instagram are third-party services operated by Meta. Their availability, features and independent processing are controlled by Meta and governed by Meta’s own terms and policies. All Rounder BSS is not responsible for an outage, restriction, suspension or change made by Meta.

10. Service availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the social support integration for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Updated terms become effective when published with a revised date.

11. Disclaimer and limitation

The social support integration is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery of messages, comments or notifications. All Rounder BSS will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from delay, non-delivery or unavailability of this social integration. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict an interaction where these terms are violated or where restriction is reasonably required for safety, security, platform compliance or law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including privacy, intellectual property and legal limitations, will continue to apply.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, disputes concerning these terms will be handled by courts having jurisdiction at the place where All Rounder BSS operates in India.
